Dr. Duyen Le, originally from New Orleans, LA, pursued her passion for eye care at Xavier University and graduated in 2019. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN, in 2024.
During her training, Dr. Le completed two externships: one at the New Orleans VA, where she worked with patients over 50, and another at Eye Care Associates in Metairie, LA. Here, she gained experience in a diverse setting that included optometrists and ophthalmologists, surgeries, specialty contact lenses, and eye disease management.
Inspired by her experiences as a glasses wearer, Dr. Le chose a career in optometry as it allowed her to connect with patients on a personal level. Her favorite areas of focus include primary eye care and contact lenses, where she excels in helping patients find the best solutions for their vision needs.
Outside the office, Dr. Le enjoys traveling to new destinations and staying active at the gym. She is also a proud dog mom to two lovable pups, a Husky and a mix.
